For years we’ve held a dream of creating a table where food, friendship and wine mingled together. In Canada it was hard to make that dream come true. The cost, the red tape and the locations just didn’t have the appeal we wanted.
We had travelled extensively through Europe, and when the chance to move to Italy opened, well, we took it. We knew this is where we could build our dream.
Brent had worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years, and he longed to get back to guests and food. He has a knack for making people feel welcomed.
And me, well I have a knack for design. The rooms, the experience, the story, the business. Building something new was my dream.
We are currently hunting for our perfect property, and once we do there will be three ways, listed below, for you to enjoy it with us. Once we find it, we can’t wait for you to join us.
Farmhouse Stay – Our Signature Stay
All-inclusive farmhouse stay.
The Stay
Set within our stone farmhouse in the Italian countryside, our upscale, bespoke stay includes your own independent bedroom within the house. Each room is luxuriously finished and includes morning breakfast service. Small, intimate, and everything looked after. Maximum of 2 couples per stay, with a 3 night minimum.
The Experience
Staying in a hotel or apartment can be lonely. We want to change that experience for you. We are inviting you to stay in our home to experience the ultimate in hospitality. All food, beverages and curated tours will be looked after. Simply show up and become part of the family.
The Food
You’ll never be hungry. When you arrive you’ll get a curated itinerary that gives you the meals and experiences that we’ll be providing. From small bites by the pool, to wine tastings, to cocktails and evening dinners, you’ll have a hospitality experience like none other.
Farmhouse Suite – Choose Your Adventure
Independent farmhouse suite.
The Stay
The suite, located in our farmhouse, is completely self contained with kitchenette, bathroom and independent entrance. You will have the option to choose when or if you want meals or experiences, and have access to the pool.
The Experience
This is best for independent travellers, those who want to create their own home base and discover the area on their own. Much like a BNB you can choose to have breakfasts or dinners as an add on cost.
The Food
We are happy to cook for you, but it’s not included in the price. You’ll be able to join us for long table dinners, snacks, lunches and breakfasts, a la carte. The price list for each experience will be in your room for you to decide.
A Few Select Week Only
Farmhouse takeover.
The Stay
For a few select weeks each year, we open up a rental calendar to take over the entire property for yourself. If you have a family or friend getaway this is the perfect place for it to happen. We don’t do this for many weeks of the year so if you get one of these weeks you can be guaranteed it will be special.
The Experience
The property and pool is yours to enjoy as you want. Bring your friends and family and enjoy a special property all to yourself. Minimum stay is one week. Inquire about what weeks may be available.
The Food
We don’t provide food or beverages for this option, however we will leave you a book which lists nearby restaurants, caterers, and wineries you may want to try. If you want the all-inclusive experience the only option is to choose the Farmhouse Stay listed above.
