Welcome to our big, crazy dream, and a home in Umbria that will hold it all.
For years we’ve held a dream of creating a table where food, friendship and wine mingled together. In Canada it was hard to make that dream come true. The cost, the red tape and the locations just didn’t have the appeal we wanted.
We had travelled extensively through Europe, and when the chance to move to Italy opened, well, we took it. We knew this is where we could build our dream.
Brent had worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years, and he longed to get back to guests and food. He has a knack for making people feel welcomed.
And me, well I have a knack for design. The rooms, the experience, the story, the business. Building something new was my dream.
Now, we’ve found the house! A beautiful stone home in the countryside of Umbria, only 40 minutes by train from Rome. We’re finalizing the details and then will start making this home into an experience you will never forget. Open for bookings Summer 2027.
Alba Residence
Two bedroom, two bathroom residence located on the ground floor.
The Stay
Set within a beautifully restored stone farmhouse in the Italian countryside, this upscale, bespoke suite includes your own independent residence with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and private kitchen. Alba is luxuriously furnished, with private entrance, large private terrace, and our shared sunset pool. Adults only (14+), this residence sleeps 4 adults, and is available for a 3 night minimum.
The Experience
Staying in a hotel or apartment can be lonely. We want to change that experience for you. We are inviting you to stay in your own private residence, separate from the rest of the home. Our passion is to offer you the ultimate in hospitality. Supplement your stay with on-site wine tastings, long table dinners, pasta making classes, olive oil tastings, happy hours by the pool and breakfast baskets. Simply show up and become part of the family.
The Food
OMG we love food, and with Chef Brent on the premises you never have to go hungry. Before you arrive you’ll be sent a preference sheet which will allow you to choose add-on services. Select as many, or as few meals as you want during your stay, or even choose to have your residence fully stocked before you arrive. From small bites by the pool, to breakfast baskets, long table dinners, and specialty cooking demonstrations, you’ll have a foodie experience like none other.
Luna Residence
Three bedroom, 2 bathroom residence located on the first floor.
The Stay

Adults only (14+), this residence sleeps up to 6 adults, and is available for a 3 night minimum.

Entire Farmhouse
For a few select weeks each year, we rent the entire villa for 14 people.
The Stay
For a few select weeks each year, we open up a rental calendar to take over the entire property for yourself. If you have a family or friend getaway this is the perfect place for it to happen. We don’t do this for many weeks of the year so if you get one of these weeks you can be guaranteed it will be special.
The Experience
The property and pool is yours to enjoy all to yourself, and includes three independent residences, each with their own kitchen and entrance. Bring your friends and family and enjoy a special property all to yourself. Minimum stay is one week. Inquire about what weeks may be available. Adults only (14+)
The Food
We don’t provide food or beverages for this option, however you do have the option to purchase an add-on service for us to fully stock the house prior to your arrival. We also provide a guest guide which lists nearby restaurants, experiences, and wineries you may want to try. This is the perfect option for weddings, events, family reunions, or stays with friends.
